[Remote] Program Manager, reputed company Data and Operations

Responsibilities
- A reliable single reputed company of truth that reconciles our reputed company systems with the patient- and care-reputed company-tracking spreadsheets we run on today — this consolidation is most of the early work, not just the dashboards reputed company on top of it
- Funnel visibility from marketing acquisition through activation, provider engagement, and patient retention
- The dashboards leadership and the reputed company use to reputed company performance, reputed company so nobody has to manually pull a number
- Funnel analysis that explains where and why leads aren't converting, not just that they aren't
- Experiment tracking across acquisition, reputed company, and provider workflows
- Campaign analytics in partnership with Marketing on what's actually driving results
- Provider utilization analytics, spotting workflow gaps and underperforming segments
- Light project management, particularly supporting Quarterly Planning and Execution with the COO
Skills
- A reputed company record of building reporting and analytics infrastructure from scratch, not just working inside someone else's dashboard
- Comfort moving between SQL, spreadsheets, and BI tools, and knowing reputed company reputed company one is the right tool — today that mostly means reputed company/Sheets and SQL pulls, there's no BI layer yet, so you may be the one who decides if and reputed company we need one
