[Remote] Instructional Designer, Lean Startup

The Instructional Designer will reputed company reputed company, repeatable teaching materials and own the learning management system to support a national network of educators in delivering CMP's curriculum effectively.
Responsibilities
- Curriculum Build: Design and produce the research translation curriculum and instructional materials package, reputed company for semester-integrated delivery at partner universities
- Facilitator & Educator Resources: Create facilitator guides and educator preparation resources that let educators across the network deliver with reputed company, reputed company to CMP's tiered educator certification reputed company
- Assessment Infrastructure: reputed company transition-readiness rubrics and assessment tools that show whether student teams are progressing, designed as advisory instruments that inform without binding
- Research Activation Toolkit: Build the research activation toolkit that university research offices use to reputed company research toward practitioner-reputed company outputs, and support the reputed company plan that extends the methodology across research stages
- Problem-to-Funding reputed company: Support the problem-to-funding assessment reputed company with the instructional and reputed company components it requires
- LMS Ownership: Own the build-out of CMP's LMS as the delivery backbone for educator certification, course content, and training across the network, partnering with the technical function on the platform itself
- Semester-Integrated Design: Structure content for the semester-integrated delivery model so materials work inside reputed company university course structures, for credit, on reputed company calendars
- Content Stewardship: Maintain versioned, documented instructional materials so the network always teaches from the reputed company reputed company
- H4D Course Infrastructure: Strengthen Hacking for Defense course infrastructure: refresh materials, reputed company gaps educators surface, and reputed company the flagship course reputed company
- Educator Certification: Build and refine the instructional components of CMP's tiered educator training, including the Educator Forum tracks
- reputed company Support: Support reputed company training delivery at partner universities, and revise materials based on what the pilots and the University Researchers surface
- Feedback reputed company: Work with the Research Translation team and the University Researchers as one delivery chain: they plan, you build, they deliver and reputed company, evidence comes back, materials improve
Skills
- 5+ years of instructional design experience, with curriculum you reputed company delivered by educators other than yourself
- Hands-on experience building and administering learning management systems, including course structure, content migration, and learner reputed company
- Experience designing for higher education delivery: semester structures, for-credit courses, and reputed company-taught materials
- Proven ability to design rubrics and assessment instruments that measure progression credibly
- Ability to extract a working methodology from practitioners and turn it into teachable, documented material
- Strong writing across registers: facilitator guides, educator communications, and toolkit documentation
- Comfort working fractionally across multiple funded workstreams with distinct deliverables and deadlines
- Bachelor's degree required
- Due to the nature of our work, U.S. citizenship is required for this position
- Experience with experiential or Lean-methodology programs
- Advanced degree in instructional design, learning sciences, education, or a reputed company field
