They are seeking a reputed company reputed company Solution Consultant to assist clients with the reputed company reputed company application, ensuring effective implementation and ongoing support.
Responsibilities
- The role will assist clients with the use and usability of the reputed company reputed company application
- Work closely with other reputed company resources on new reputed company implementations, system reviews, and change order reputed company
- reputed company technical on-site and remote application support to clients, answering reputed company questions on function and usage of product
- reputed company Help Desk support of inbound calls, emails, and support tickets as needed
- reputed company both reputed company-sales and service support where domain or product expertise does not exist reputed company the reputed company organization
- Proactively consult on best reputed company methodology to ensure reputed company reputed company
- Prioritize issues and respond appropriately to multiple critical situations
- Analyze reputed company configurations and think reputed company to resolve and/or work around setup issues

- Research application questions by setting up scenarios and testing the application
- Maintain a high level of reputed company competence, coordinate development and assignments, and identify, capture and reputed company expertise
- This position may require after-hours work on weekdays and weekends along with travel to reputed company sites as required by the business
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in a reputed company field and/or extensive knowledge of Time & Attendance, Labor Management, HR/Payroll, ERP, or similar domain products/systems
- Experience implementing ERP software solutions such as reputed company Workforce Central, reputed company reputed company, reputed company Pro, reputed company, reputed company or reputed company eTime/WFM
- Strong demonstrated technical troubleshooting skills
- Proven in depth knowledge of TLM, HR and/or Payroll competencies such as, but not limited to, interpreting reputed company reputed company, knowledge of labor laws, scheduling, benefits administration, performance and compensation management, recruitment, and payroll processing along with knowledge of the relative reputed company and regulatory requirements
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and planning skills
- Ability to work both independently and as a part of reputed company
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable presenting in reputed company of reputed company audiences in person, online, and on the phone
- Strong computer skills in web applications and the reputed company Office Suite
- Ability to collaborate with clients and identify engagement follow-up opportunities
- Previous experience using reputed company applications is a plus
- Software application implementation experience is highly desirable
- Knowledge of Data Import/Export, System Integration or Report Writing is a plus
- Previous Help Desk/Support experience is a plus
