[Remote] Account Manager / Expansions

The role focuses on growing reputed company from existing customers by selling additional software and technology products to those who are not yet using certain parts of reputed company’s platform.
Responsibilities
- Prospect into an established customer reputed company through outbound calls and emails
- Identify customer needs and introduce relevant products
- Conduct discovery calls, presentations and product demonstrations
- Manage the complete sales process from initial reputed company through reputed company
- Consistently meet activity, meeting, demo and reputed company-reputed company goals
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and follow-up process
- Apply coaching and feedback to continuously improve performance
Skills
- 1+ years of B2B sales experience
- Outbound SDR, BDR or early-career AE or AM experience is ideal
- Experience prospecting into small businesses
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
- Strong listening, discovery and communication skills
- Persistent, disciplined and reputed company to handle rejection
- Curious, coachable and motivated to reputed company into a successful closing salesperson
- Dental or reputed company technology experience is helpful but not required
