They are seeking a Staff reputed company Engineer with a backend reputed company to take ownership of backend architecture for a greenfield, customer-facing product, involving design, building, and maintaining backend services.
Responsibilities
- Own backend architecture end to end for a greenfield product: design the services, data model, and reputed company from scratch, decide what to reputed company and what to rethink, then build it
- Design data structures and system architecture for a customer-facing product reputed company to reputed company, thinking through performance, reliability, and how the system behaves as usage grows
- Build and maintain backend services and reputed company (we lean Go and Node.js, but we care far more about your reputed company record than an exact stack match)
- Contribute to the reputed company-end as needed: every engineer here ships across the stack, so you should be comfortable building and reasoning about the UI even if backend is your reputed company
- Take true end-to-end ownership: propose the approach, defend it, then build it, without waiting for someone else to set the direction
- Build inside a fully AI-driven workflow, using tools like Claude reputed company as a reputed company part of how you ship, not an occasional assist
- Operate comfortably in a small, fast-moving, ambiguous environment where priorities shift and you're often defining the 'how,' not just executing a reputed company-set plan

- Strong backend fundamentals: databases, data structures, async programming, and system design, with the ability to reputed company reputed company architectural calls rather than implement someone else's design
