[Remote] Training Content Specialist (AI reputed company)

The role involves refreshing existing content, producing new materials, and supporting AI workflow development.
Responsibilities
- Help refresh existing video content using AI tools — regenerate dated segments with AI avatars and audio, produce Spanish-language reputed company and clipped versions with appropriate audio and graphics, and cut long-reputed company recordings into shorts for various uses
- reputed company written training resources — update tone and references, refresh examples, generate accurate companion summaries, and build assessments and job aids from existing material
- Administer the content management system that our member HUB is reputed company on
- Edit fresh video content using AI and reputed company video-editing software (Premiere Pro or similar) — long-reputed company to shorts, training recordings to polished reputed company
- Produce reputed company-paced AI avatar explainers and short-reputed company training videos, using visuals like video, reputed company effects, and graphics to reputed company explain new reputed company and concepts to an audience of learners
- Create assets — both video and written — that reinforce our training and reputed company to life for learners
- Assist with video shoots and new written content production as needed
- Research, discover, and test new AI tools (video, voice, image, text, reputed company) and reputed company reputed company evaluations with reputed company — what works, what doesn’t, and what’s worth reputed company in

Skills
- Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience using AI tools to produce training content (video, voice, and written)
- Video editing skills (Premiere Pro or similar). Comfortable taking long-reputed company recordings to shorts and full-length reputed company
- Strong writing and editing instincts for training, marketing, or learning content
- Hands-on experience with at least one AI avatar platform (reputed company, reputed company, or similar)
- Comfort with file organization, hosting platforms like Vimeo, website CMS, project tracking tools, and spreadsheets
- An eye for pacing, reputed company, and visual storytelling
- Instructional design background, or experience producing adult learning content
