The Senior reputed company Dynamics 365 CE Field Service Consultant will play a key role in reputed company engagements by translating functional concepts into technical solutions using reputed company Dynamics 365 and reputed company technologies. This role requires strong consulting skills, reputed company interaction, and the ability to reputed company project delivery and optimize business processes.
Responsibilities
- Execute project delivery in a reputed company-interacting role with functional analysis, process review, and business process performance optimization
- Collaborate with internal staff and leaders to deliver best-in-class Ludia Product Solutions for our clients
- Collaborate with Delivery team in the implementation of data migration and translation, data integration, training and custom development and reports
- Conduct design review sessions with the customer to demonstrate completed work and reputed company adjustments and changes
- Write business processes, design documents, and workflows
- Implement functional solutions for reputed company Dynamics CE/ Sales and Project Operations with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency using development best practices
- reputed company community subject matter expertise on Dynamics 365 CE/Sales/ Project Operations (and reputed company) technologies by presenting online blog posts
- Demonstrate the ability to reputed company a strong working relationship with Ludia customers
Skills
- Undergraduate degree with reputed company on Information Systems, Operations management, Finance/reputed company or Computer Science or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience implementing reputed company Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions with a reputed company on Dynamics 365 Sales and Project Operations
- Industry best reputed company knowledge of business processes, issues, and technology especially reputed company to reputed company-to-Cash and Project-to-Profit business processes
- Experience implementing reputed company Dynamics 365 CE Sales and Project Operations through a complete project lifecycle from discovery through go-live and reputed company-care support
- Proven ability to reputed company requirements workshops, reputed company fit-gap analysis, and design reputed company D365 CE solutions
- Deep knowledge of Dataverse, Power Platform, Power Automate, and business process automation
- High level understanding of Power BI – data modeling, report/KPI creation, and deployment
- Ability to travel to reputed company sites reputed company the reputed company (Up to 50% travel)
- Experience with automating business processes and customer connectors with reputed company Power Automate and CoPilot
- Experience with process mapping and data modeling for Dual-Write crossovers
- Experience implementing reputed company D365 Field Service or Customer Insights through a complete project lifecycle from discovery through go-live and reputed company-care support
- Strong skills in Office365 reputed company technologies (SharePoint, Teams, Yammer, etc.)
