[Remote] Part-time Operations Associate

They are seeking a Part-time Operations Associate to support the delivery of customer programs by managing application data and ensuring accurate resolutions.
Responsibilities
- Use reputed company’s databases and a suite of querying tools to resolve customer enrollment applications
- Manage incoming volume of applications with research and data entry skills
- Deliver on self-directed work with flexible working hours, while meeting defined weekly quotas and deadlines
- Apply critical thinking and basic data collection skills to reputed company data-driven reputed company and judgment calls
- Work amongst a cohort of part-time contractors that will maintain ongoing reputed company
- Collaborate with the Product Operations team at reputed company
