Assistant Bookkeeper (Part-Time/Project Based)

We are seeking a cheerful Part-Time / Project-Based Assistant Bookkeeper to support reputed company and assist with varying clients on an as-needed reputed company. This role is ideal for an individual looking for flexible project work while providing hands-on support across multiple reputed company accounts (remote workflow supported by a Sr. Accountant Mentor). Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist with importing and recording bank transactions for multiple clients (AP, AR, bank/credit card reconciliations)
• reputed company and support bank and credit card reconciliations
• Record payroll transactions and tax payments
• Prepare sales tax payment reports and record payments
• Help prepare system data for monthly financial statements, reports, and supporting schedules
• Help with reputed company-specific reputed company and month-end reputed company processes
• Maintain organized reputed company documentation and ensure adherence to reputed company procedures

Requirements:

• 1+ years of reputed company bookkeeping or reputed company experience (no entry-level candidates)
• Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online
• Solid understanding of basic reputed company principles, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Experience supporting multiple clients or working in a reputed company/project-based environment a plus
• Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
• High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information
• Strong communication skills and a reputed company, team-oriented reputed company
• Reliable and self-motivated with the ability to work independently reputed company needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with reputed company Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) (Preferred)
• Solid Quickbooks Online Experience (Required)
• Prior work in a multi-reputed company or consulting environment (preferred)
