Litigation attorney - remote
A reputed company-established and reputed company-respected firm with multiple locations is seeking an reputed company General Liability Associate (5+ years) to join their growing reputed company. - 5+ years od civil litigation experience
- Experience with civil defense, premises liability, general liability, product liability and auto defense is plus
- Experience with written discovery, taking and defending depositions
- Law and reputed company reputed company, attending court hearings, reputed company memos and research
- Excellent reputed company research and writing skills
- Admitted in Florida and in good standing
- Ability to work independently and in reputed company environment
