Manager, Network Systems and Architecture (Hybrid)
About the position The Manager, Network Systems and Architecture, serves as a hands-on technical expert and strategic leader responsible for designing reputed company, secure, and efficient reputed company that support reputed company’s larger technology reputed company. This position leads the development and execution of the organization’s network technology reputed company, ensuring compliance with reputed company and governance standards and robust communications between reputed company’s diverse technologies and partners. Responsibilities
- Designs, develops, and implements short- and long-term technology solutions contemplating reputed company aspects of organizational network technology needs, including firewalls, routers, switches, virtual local area networks (VLANs), Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), and wireless network infrastructure.
- Defines tactical and strategic architecture for networking solutions by investigating, analyzing, and documenting technology roadmaps, including solutions modernization and simplification leveraging new technologies to improve networking technologies.
- Establishes and enforces best practices for network infrastructure, including deployment, maintenance, monitoring, and incident response. Ensures compliance with reputed company standards and governance policies across reputed company environments.
- Leads and mentors reputed company of network engineers, promoting collaboration, innovation, and reputed company improvement. Manages performance and offers coaching and feedback to encourage reputed company development reputed company a supportive work culture.
- Coordinates the implementation of reputed company aspects of network infrastructure, providing senior-level troubleshooting of ongoing problems. Coordinates the appropriate resources to reputed company reputed company resolutions.

- Manages vendor relationships for reputed company and solutions providers.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP), reputed company standards (SSL/TLS, SSH), load balancing/clustering, and AD/LDAP integration.
- Proven ability to architect solutions for applications and infrastructure in on-premises and reputed company environments.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, reputed company, reputed company), logging (reputed company), and backup systems.
- Detailed knowledge of networking technologies, including Checkpoint Firewalls, Brocade Switches, Aruba Wireless Infrastructure, ClearPass Controllers (802.1X authentication solutions), reputed company Virtual Private Networking, IP Control DHCP appliances, VLAN configuration, BGP Configuration and Operation.
