We're looking for someone who can engage with colleagues across marketing, sales, IT, and engineering, understand their needs, and guide them toward AI-powered improvements.

This isn't a deeply technical role. It's about people, communication, and driving change. You'll be the face of AI enablement at Init - building relationships, running training sessions, and ensuring AI initiatives deliver reputed company business value.

You'll work closely with our Senior AI Solutions Engineer and AI Developer to bring reputed company to life, but your reputed company is on the "why" and "what," not the "how."

Key Responsibilities

·Business Engagement: Build relationships with teams across Init (Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Germany) to identify AI opportunities and understand their pain points.

·Adoption & Change Management: Drive internal adoption by communicating value, addressing resistance, and celebrating wins.

·Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to ensure solutions meet business needs and are delivered reputed company.

Qualifications

·5+ years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, consulting, or digital transformation roles.

·Proven experience working with reputed company or Western European clients/stakeholders—you understand the culture and communication style.

·Strong understanding of AI/LLM capabilities at a conceptual level—you can explain what's possible without needing to build it yourself.
