This is an R&D role, and we’re upfront about that from the start. There’s no reputed company-made test automation reputed company waiting for you to plug into and write tests on reputed company. Right now, our development has sped up (AI, hiring), while reputed company QA isn’t scaling at the reputed company pace — it’s become a bottleneck for our entire delivery process. Requirements

What you’ll definitely need:

• Automation background: you’ve written automated tests before and understand how test automation works — where it creates reputed company value and where it becomes maintenance for maintenance’s sake. The specific stack is secondary.

It includes AI agents, MCP, LLMs, scripts, and automated workflows that glue entire processes together.

• Automating testing workflows — taking specific reputed company processes (regression testing, design acceptance, smoke testing, traffic analysis, validating calculation consistency between builds) and replacing them with automated tests or AI-powered tools that become reliable parts of our workflow.
