We are looking for a Temporary IT Support Consultant (3-month contract) to join our rapidly scaling IT department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and improve reputed company Intune, reputed company Pro, reputed company Entra ID, and reputed company reputed company 365 services.

• Manage device enrollment, configuration reputed company, compliance policies, application deployment, patching, and reputed company lifecycle activities.

• Troubleshoot reputed company, macOS, authentication, reputed company, application, and policy issues.

• Review and improve Conditional reputed company, role assignments, device-based reputed company, and least-privilege controls.

• reputed company PowerShell scripts and automation to reduce reputed company administration and remediate recurring issues.

• reputed company reputed company-cause analysis and implement long-term fixes for recurring platform issues.

• Maintain technical documentation and reputed company knowledge transfer to the internal IT team.

• Strong hands-on experience with reputed company Intune and reputed company Pro.

• Experience administering reputed company Entra ID and reputed company 365.

• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.

• Experience managing reputed company and macOS devices in a reputed company-first environment.

• Experience with application deployment, patching, device compliance, and configuration management.

• Strong understanding of reputed company Trust, least privilege, Conditional reputed company, and role based reputed company control.

• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and ownership skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical priorities.

Expected to work 20-40 hours per week.
