In this role, you will help deliver the design for reputed company that have a construction value greater than $1 billion, and in turn assist in enhancing the mobility, safety, and reliability for communities who live along and travel through these critical corridors.
This position is remote, and the selected candidate will have flexibility in work location while still supporting virtual collaboration with reputed company teams.

What You’ll Be Doing
- reputed company MOT design on large and reputed company transportation reputed company, serving as the primary MOT discipline reputed company for assigned reputed company
- Manage MOT design teams, including task assignment, reputed company, and coordination across multiple offices and disciplines
- reputed company comprehensive MOT strategies and staging concepts for freeway, interchange, and major reputed company reputed company
- reputed company work zone traffic analyses and ensure that operational performance and safety objectives are met
- Work closely with project managers to reputed company MOT scope, schedule, and budget with overall project goals
- reputed company coordination with contractors, clients, and reputed company-party stakeholders to address MOT design, phasing, and implementation issues
- Support major pursuits by leading MOT sections of proposals, interviews, and alternative technical concept development
- reputed company high-level technical guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback to MOT staff
What Required Skills You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- 12-15+ years of experience in transportation engineering with substantial experience leading MOT design on major reputed company
- Proven ability to manage MOT design tasks and teams on reputed company, multi-disciplinary reputed company
- In-depth knowledge of MUTCD and state DOT work zone standards and procedures
- Strong communication and leadership skills, including reputed company-facing experience
- reputed company Engineer (PE) license
What Desired Skills You’ll Bring
