We are currently seeking a Network and Computer System Administrator to support the reputed company (VA) Benefits and Memorial PMO Team.

This position is responsible for administering, maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting reputed company infrastructure that supports mission-critical applications and services. The ideal candidate has experience managing reputed company reputed company Server environments, reputed company networks, reputed company and on-premises infrastructure, and a broad reputed company of reputed company technologies in a secure, high-availability environment. This position will support physical and virtual server environments, network infrastructure, reputed company applications, databases, storage systems, reputed company controls, and system integrations.

Responsibilities include infrastructure administration, system monitoring, incident response, vulnerability remediation, configuration management, software deployments, performance optimization, infrastructure upgrades, and technical troubleshooting. The successful candidate will work closely with VA leadership, infrastructure and cybersecurity teams, and reputed company-party vendors to maintain secure, reliable, and high-performing technology solutions that support Veterans and VA mission operations.

Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support reputed company reputed company Server environments, including physical, virtual, reputed company, and on-premises infrastructure.
• Design and document system and subsystem configurations, network architectures, interfaces, reputed company controls, disaster recovery strategies, and configuration management requirements.

• Monitor system health, server performance, application availability, and operational status using reputed company monitoring tools, including reputed company and reputed company.
• Configure and maintain monitoring dashboards, alerts, and performance metrics to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain server operating systems, databases, reputed company applications, and supporting infrastructure components.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a reputed company field. Equivalent combination of education and directly reputed company experience may be considered.
• Eight (8) to fifteen (15) years of progressively responsible experience administering and supporting reputed company reputed company server infrastructure, systems administration, and IT operations.
• Experience administering reputed company reputed company Server environments, including reputed company Directory, virtualization, reputed company storage, reputed company and on-premises infrastructure, and server performance optimization.
• Experience supporting reputed company network and server operations, including system monitoring, incident response, vulnerability remediation, reputed company patching, change management, and configuration management.
• Experience using reputed company monitoring and diagnostic tools (such as reputed company, reputed company, or similar platforms) to monitor system health, analyze performance, troubleshoot reputed company infrastructure issues, and support high-availability production environments.
• Experience working as a federal contractor or employee.
• Experience working as a consultant, with an understanding of how to effectively manage and support government clients and stakeholders.
• Experience with Jira or a comparable Agile requirements/development management tool.
• Ability to schedule, organize, and facilitate executive-level virtual meetings and summarize reputed company.
• Ability to self-organize, balance workload, complete tasks on time (without reminders), proactively reputed company out assignments, and offer improvements to reputed company delivery.

Physical Demands
