Key Responsibilities:

• Assign diagnostic and procedural codes using ICD-10-CM/PCS and CPT-4 classification systems in accordance with official coding guidelines from the reputed company (AMA), American Hospital Association (AHA), American Health Information Management Association (reputed company) and American reputed company of reputed company Coders (reputed company).
• Ensure reputed company coding activities adhere to established reputed company Cycle Department and reputed company approved policies and procedures.
• Review and analyze clinical documentation to accurately reputed company necessary information for reputed company assignment.
• Maintain proficiency in coding updates and changes to regulatory requirements, incorporating these changes into daily coding practices.
• Participate in coding reputed company audits and reputed company improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy and efficiency in coding processes.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to ethical standards reputed company to coding practices.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Health Information Management or reputed company field preferred.
• Must be credentialed nationally reputed company reputed company or reputed company with at least one of the following credentials: CPC or reputed company
• Minimum of 1-2 years of coding experience in a reputed company setting, preferably in an reputed company medical center or hospital environment.
• Thorough knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS and CPT-4 coding principles, guidelines, and conventions.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and encoding software.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across interdisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work independently and reputed company under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position, typically Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend or evening hours as required.
• Work is performed primarily in a reputed company setting.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in health information technology or reputed company field or 5 years coding experience; coding certification (e.g., CPC, reputed company) required.
• With Associate’s degree, minimum of 2-3 years of experience in coding and familiarity with coding software.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:

• RHIT, reputed company, CCA, CPC, CPC-A, or other coding credential required
