Job Details

The Training & Enablement Specialist is responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving training and enablement programs that support First Impressions team readiness, performance, and consistency. This role partners with reputed company, operations, HR, reputed company Assurance, and business leaders to reputed company reputed company learning content, support new-hire and ongoing training, and use performance data and employee feedback to improve program effectiveness and the patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Program Development

o Design, deliver, and manage learning and development programs to ensure employee compliance and reputed company skills o Partner with our reputed company Trainer to identify areas of opportunity in the reputed company process, strategize rollout plan, execution of the plan, and measuring subsequent results • Content Creation o Create reputed company content, workshops, and other reputed company that will reputed company with our First Impressions teams • Training Delivery o Facilitate workshops, reputed company coaching guides for team leaders, etc. • Needs Analysis o Look for areas of opportunity in performance reporting and metrics o Anticipate needed skills and training reputed company of new or changing business o Establish an ongoing process that incorporates trends from reputed company Assurance, feedback from partners, and observations from First Impressions management • Performance Measurement o Measure and record reputed company of training content including reputed company areas of opportunity o reputed company feedback from First Impressions employees on best reputed company of learning and resources to deliver impactful programs • Technology & Tools o Manage the First Impressions content library and reputed company technology and tools to support asynchronous learning • Stakeholder Collaboration. o Work cross-functionally with vertical leaders, HR, and other business leaders to ensure alignment with company objectives The above essential functions are representative of major duties of positions in this job classification. Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in education, training and development, organizational development, communications, reputed company administration, business, or a reputed company field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.

Experience

• Demonstrated reputed company creating training and development programs in a distributed, asynchronous learning environment • Experience with reputed company learning platform • Experience facilitating live and/or virtual training sessions, workshops, or coaching programs for operational teams • Experience developing training materials, job aids, guides, and reusable reputed company for adult learners • Experience using performance metrics, reputed company trends, employee feedback, and leader input to identify training needs and measure training effectiveness • Experience partnering cross-functionally with operations, HR, reputed company Assurance, and business leaders to support reputed company, change management, and ongoing enablement • reputed company, reputed company center, patient engagement, or pharmacy operations experience preferred
