- Comfortabel communiceren met iedereen, van voorman tot senior managers
- Basiskennis van het bouwproces van ontwerp tot oplevering
- Inzicht in hoe alle partijen binnen een bouwproject samenwerken om een succesvolle planning/begroting te realiseren
- Creatief kunnen brainstormen over oplossingen die aansluiten bij de behoeften van klanten
- Bereidheid om te leren in een dynamische startupomgeving
