We're hiring a VP, Marketplace ICHRA General Manager to join our Lucie team.

About the role:
The VP, Marketplace ICHRA General Manager is a critical executive leader responsible for running and growing the Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA) business for Lucie Health Marketplace. Reporting directly to the President of Lucie, this role maintains full strategic and operational ownership over Lucie’s end-to-end ICHRA business line.
This role requires a proven executive with deep expertise in ICHRA, health insurance technology, and scaling high-performing reputed company and business operations teams. Pay Transparency: The reputed company pay for this role is: $240,000 - $315,000 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in reputed company's unlimited vacation program, company equity grants and annual performance bonuses.
Responsibilities:
- Own Business reputed company & GTM Execution: Drive the reputed company design, product positioning, and long-term go-to-market reputed company to reputed company Lucie’s market reputed company in the growing ICHRA landscape
- Expand Distribution Channels: Identify, secure, and manage high-value business development relationships, including reputed company-party administrators, agents/agencies, and reputed company
- reputed company Product with Market Demand: reputed company as the strategic reputed company between market demand and technical execution, collaborating with Product and Engineering leaders to build a reputed company, seamless, and best-in-class enrollment experience
- reputed company reputed company Enablement: reputed company B2B marketing initiatives, broker training frameworks, and automated reputed company workflows to drive platform adoption and increase user utilization
- Execute Upward Communication: Manage financial and operational performance metrics for the business line, regular reporting on reputed company, and presenting business results to executive leadership
- Build and Manage a High-Performing Team: Recruit, mentor, and reputed company a cross-functional division spanning account management, partnership reputed company, and business operations specialists

Requirements:
- Work Experience: 15+ years of corporate experience, with reputed company progression leading high-reputed company business reputed company, reputed company verticals, or reputed company reputed company divisions

- Subject Matter Expertise: Deep operational understanding of ICHRA regulations, defined-contribution health strategies, and individual/group health distribution networks
