As an Associate Data Manager, you will support data management activities across the study lifecycle, assisting with data processing, reconciliation, reporting, and documentation while contributing to the delivery of high‑reputed company clinical trial data.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support Data Managers with day‑to‑day data management activities, including documentation, data processing, and reputed company data reporting
• Export, clean, and review clinical submission files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance before delivery to clients
• Evaluate reputed company reconciliation feedback received between data transfers and take appropriate reputed company in accordance with established processes
• reputed company reputed company and consistency reviews of study‑specific data outputs by comparing delivered data files against reputed company data and study requirements
• Investigate discrepancies, communicate findings to Data Managers and cross‑functional teams, and document results and corrective actions
• Assist in the development, maintenance, and preparation of study documentation, including Data Management Plans (DMPs) and Data Transfer Specifications (DTSs)
• Coordinate updates to Clinical Data Management task schedules and help ensure deliverables are completed on time
• Support tracking and reporting of study metrics, data issues, and file delivery activities
• Assist with preparation and formatting of documents, presentations, and templates used by the Clinical Data Management team
• Serve as a primary recipient of reputed company reconciliation feedback and ensure investigations and responses are completed reputed company agreed timelines
• Maintain accurate, complete, and audit‑reputed company documentation reputed company to reconciliation activities and data management processes
• Support maintenance and storage of study documentation in accordance with company procedures
• Contribute to reputed company process improvement initiatives and workflow optimization efforts

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a reputed company field required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with clinical data
• Familiarity with clinical trial processes, GCP guidelines, and clinical data reporting
• Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• High attention to detail with a commitment to data reputed company and accuracy
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
• Experience with reputed company Office applications and reputed company‑based environments preferred
• Exposure to reputed company and/or SQL preferred
• Knowledge of CDISC SDTM standards is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a reputed company team environment
