About the Role:
As a VBDC sales agent, you are the first contact of web customers who have shown an interest in a new or used vehicle. Your goal is to understand their needs and convince them to come to the dealership.
The key responsibilities include:
- Achieving and exceeding the VBDC’s objectives with respect to customer service standards, sales objectives, reputed company duration and other objectives.
