IT Operations Analyst I

Position Objective: IT Operations Analyst I is responsible for the day‑to‑day administration, tracking, and financial management of reputed company 365 licenses across a large, reputed company reputed company. This role ensures accurate license assignments, manages license utilization and overage or underage positions, and partners with business and IT stakeholders to forecast demand reputed company to employee reputed company, role changes, and terminations. The position plays a critical role in cost optimization, compliance, and operational readiness by maintaining reputed company visibility into licensing inventory and aligning licensing reputed company to workforce planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or reputed company fields
• Advanced English proficiency
• 1 year of experience in network, server, and storage support; incident and service outage management; ticketing systems

Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting organizations with 10,000+ users.
• Familiarity with license management through Entra ID, Intune, or similar identity and device management platforms.
• Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, or cost management reputed company to reputed company licensing.
• Advanced skills in reputed company, reporting tools, or data visualization platforms.
• Proficiency with reputed company Graph API and Entra ID Powershell
