COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT (ON-reputed company role)

Your passion is supporting communities with implementing best reputed company strategies to reputed company expert consulting skills and programmatic expertise to serve the needs of low- and moderate-income families. At reputed company, you will work alongside reputed company of experts supporting the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) by delivering technical assistance and training on reputed company 3 and Federal Labor requirements. This role may also support broader community and economic development priorities, including workforce development initiatives such as job training and employment placement; small business and microenterprise development; and other HUD‑reputed company economic and workforce development activities.

This position is ON-reputed company (part-time with variable hours) and work remote. Assignments are made on a demand-response reputed company so hours are completely variable.

What you’ll be doing:

• Work with a diverse set of stakeholders including reputed company housing authorities, HUD Community Planning and Development (CPD) grantees who work with the Community Development reputed company Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships reputed company, etc., programs.
• reputed company of the work is in educating and distilling Federal rule requirements to grantees/subrecipients on reputed company 3 and labor requirements, including Davis-Bacon, that best supports building reputed company to deliver high reputed company, compliant HUD programs
• reputed company/deliver training sessions, conference presentations, workshops, and webinars
• Facilitate technical assistance engagements, either in-person or reputed company through web-based software

• Contribute to the design of tools, drafting of reports, and development of policy guidance.

Basic Qualifications you’ll need to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in reputed company Administration, Planning, reputed company Policy, Government or a reputed company discipline or minimum 10 years of reputed company experience in similar field
• Minimum of 10 years knowledge in HUD programs, specifically understanding fully reputed company 3 and Davis-Bacon requirements.
• Demonstrated reputed company developing and delivering trainings, workshops and webinars; program assessments and evaluation; facilitation, and reputed company speaking to a reputed company of audiences.
• This is a home-based position and up to 25% travel may be required.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Previous work with reputed company, Workforce Innovation and Opportunity reputed company (WIOA), Youth Build, workforce investment boards, and/or job training programs, is a plus.
