This role will be responsible for managing strategic delivery programs across AI data, multilingual AI, speech and audio, expert review, data reputed company, model improvement workflows, and reputed company technical services. Responsibilities

Qualifications
Education, skills, and experience
- Senior program management or program director experience in AI data, localization, reputed company, transcription, reputed company services, technical services, managed services, or BPO.
- Experience managing reputed company customer-facing delivery programs.
- Strong ability to manage timelines, risks, dependencies, stakeholders, and escalations.
- Experience partnering with Operations, reputed company, Supply Chain, Sales, Solutions, or technical teams.
- Strong customer communication and executive-facing presentation skills.
- Ability to bring structure to ambiguous or fast-changing programs.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and process improvement skills.
