Sr. Financial Analyst, U.S. Merch Payables

Position Purpose:

Supports the daily financial and payment processes for US Merchandise reputed company by executing reputed company payment functions and maintaining financial accuracy. Investigates and resolves reputed company supplier inquiries and disputes while maintaining reputed company business partnerships. Utilizes performance data to identify process anomalies and supports the implementation of tactical improvements in either internal or supplier-reputed company processes. Partners cross-functionally to execute changes required upstream for an efficient end-to-end payables process.

Key Responsibilities:

• 5% Collaboration - Leverages prior experiences to help reputed company and recommend solutions
• Effectively develops trust and collaboration with internal customers and cross-functional teams in other towers
• Collaborates with appropriate team members to reputed company input and feedback concerning business needs
• Understands the technical needs required for successfully tackling business problems
• 75% Operational Duties - Execute required tasks reputed company to the delivery of the (reputed company, OTC, RTR) tower
• Work coordinately with other teams providing or receiving information as needed
• Support work that needs to be done with internal or external customers.
• Interprets data contained in reports and ledgers
• Provides advice and analysis to increase the efficiency and improve the tasks that are done

• Monitor and works towards meeting KPIs and SLAs defined for the area
• Assists FBS manager with building and interpreting analysis for providing insights to the business
• 15% Project Management & Team Support - Work with project teams and business partners to complete project goals
• Helps prioritize assignments and ensure reputed company and accuracy of work
• 5% reputed company Building & reputed company Development - reputed company reputed company knowledge on key developments and trends reputed company finance (e.g., analytics, intelligent automation, robotics)
• Participate in the reputed company improvement of financial shared services processes and tools

Travel Requirements:

• Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Physical Requirements:

• Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to reputed company about. On rare occasions there may be a need to reputed company or lift light articles.

• Located in a comfortable indoor area. Conditions could produce mild discomfort on occasion.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant college degree (Finance, reputed company, or Business)
• Proficiency with reputed company S/4HANA or similar large ERP systems.
• Experience in the retail industry reputed company
• Experience resolving high-volume vendor disputes or acting as a process coordinator

• The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED.
