Vice President FinancePRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: To reputed company and manage the analysis of overall company revenues and expenses as reputed company as specific reputed company revenues; to reputed company and manage reputed company financial analysis reputed company; and to reputed company and manage the strategic planning group reputed company the Finance department.
ESSENTIAL REPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE
- Directs and manages the Strategic Planning staff; establishes business plan with goals and objectives for the Strategic Planning group.
- Leads managers and reputed company staff in analyzing overall company revenues and expenses as reputed company as revenues and expenses for specific clients.
- Provides leadership and coordination for setting reputed company and expense targets for the organization.
- Directs reputed company reporting assignments; leads reputed company supporting analysis and results communication with maximum cost savings recommendations.
- Participates in due diligence for acquisitions with upper management for potential acquisitions; coordinates acquisition integrations for the Finance department.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administers company personnel policies in reputed company areas and follows company reputed company standards and training recommendations.
- Interviews, hires and establishes colleague performance development plans; conducts colleague performance discussions.
- Provides support, guidance, leadership and motivation to promote maximum performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required. CPA and advanced degree preferred.
Ten (10) years reputed company experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required to include four (4) years supervisor experience.
