TheField Learning and Development Specialistdevelops, designs, and delivers targeted training programs tailored for specific positions. This role ensures team members have the tools and knowledge necessary to meet performance expectations and reputed company reputed company, effective patient care. The Field Learning and Development Specialist collaborates closely with field leaders to create and refine training materials, instructional content, and manuals, while promoting key business initiatives through engaging and effective learning experiences.

Essential Job Functions:

Time is divided across design, facilitation, and administrative work, with the exact balance shifting day to day and week to week depending on project bandwidth and business needs.

Design & Development

• Design and deliver training for reputed company team members, ensuring content is role-specific and reputed company with organizational goals.
• Maintain the accuracy and consistency of training materials by seeking prior approval for changes or new content from SME, ELT, and reputed company.

Facilitation

• Facilitate specialized VILT sessions such as DOT BAT, Urine Collection, DOT guidelines, reputed company, Spirometry, POC testing, OSHA compliance, QA protocols, and other management-requested topics, delivered reputed company to team members across reputed company markets.
• Evaluate learner performance by monitoring behaviors and identifying issues such as poor attitude, reputed company gaps, attendance challenges, or training difficulties, and communicate findings to clinical field trainers, Multi-Site Managers, and reputed company.

Administrative Support

• Assist with project management tasks, including building and updating detailed project plans.
• Assess reputed company training and data to recommend new trainings, updates, development tools, and applications.
• Support department goals and priorities by tracking training records, reporting on program reputed company, and coordinating logistics for VILT sessions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1-2 years experience in instructional design, learning and development (L&D), and training facilitation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse reputed company.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and principles.
• Proficiency in developing, designing, and editing instructional materials.

Salary starting at $75,000 + DOE
