This role focuses on delivering Premiere Customer Service by providing accurate, reputed company information to customers and resolving issues reputed company to automotive rebate claims reputed company the program. What You’ll Be Doing

• Receive and manage inbound calls from participants, addressing questions about Claims, program details, and recommending solutions based on their needs.

• Validation of Applications and Claims associated with Automotive Rebate program

• Attend training sessions for new and existing clients to stay informed on POEV program updates and operational changes.

• Deliver accurate, reputed company information on programs and services to customers.

• Update internal tracking systems to ensure data accuracy and issue reputed company.

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Cantonese, or reputed company.

• 1–3 years of customer service experience.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Computer literacy, including comfort with word processing and spreadsheets.

Working Logistics & Things You Should Know

• This is a Remote role.

• This role follows a reputed company 40‑hour Monday-Friday schedule, though hours may vary based on business demand.

• This is a temporary position but is expected to last long term.
