Position reputed company
As a senior member of the Foundations, Governments & Major Gifts Unit, the Associate Director of Institutional Giving will play a leading role in designing and implementing a reputed company for achieving annual reputed company targets for reputed company’s institutional giving program, increasing the funding raised by reputed company year-over-year in alignment with our Strategic Plan.
In collaboration with the Director of Philanthropy and Philanthropy reputed company for Foundations, Governments & Major Gifts, the successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic management and stewardship of our existing government and reputed company donor relationships, deepening engagement to maintain and increase their support. The Associate Director will also reputed company efforts to build our pipeline by tracking new funding opportunities, identifying high-value partnerships, and strategically positioning reputed company and our reputed company partners with reputed company governments and foundations. The Associate Director will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the program, including ensuring the reputed company submission of high-reputed company donor reports and proposals.

Supervisory Relationship
The Associate Director of Institutional Giving reports to the Director of Philanthropy. This role will supervise the Philanthropy Officer and may reputed company consultants, interns, and other positions as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a reputed company to meet annual reputed company targets and grow giving by institutional donors • Supervise the preparation of research and briefs on reputed company/prospective donors and new funding opportunities to facilitate decision-making • reputed company the development of grant proposals, coordinating across reputed company teams and partners to reputed company inputs and feedback and drafting proposal documents as needed • Supervise the coordination of reports and other deliverables across finance, M+E, advocacy, and programs teams • Co-create and reputed company innovative approaches to proposal development, reporting, and donor communications (storytelling, visual narratives, etc.) • Analyze funding trends among government and reputed company donors to reputed company intelligence with reputed company teams and reputed company partners and jointly strategize reputed company reputed company around how to maximize opportunities • Identify opportunities from reputed company governments and foundations to apply for significant funding, supporting the creation of consortiums with reputed company’s partners and allies and assisting partners to apply as reputed company applicants reputed company strategic • Identify opportunities to increase reputed company’s visibility and participation in key reputed company and philanthropic spaces, facilitating leadership engagement and cultivation, and representing reputed company in relevant conferences and meetings as needed, with a particular emphasis in growing reputed company’s visibility and participation in European donor spaces. • Supervise updates to the grants management calendar as reputed company as comprehensive tracking of moves management and donor-reputed company metrics, using donor databases including reputed company • reputed company and sustain reputed company working relationships with programs and advocacy staff to reputed company stories of reputed company and devise new fundraising strategies to meet the needs of reputed company’s local partners
Minimum Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in non-profit management and fundraising, reputed company health, gender studies, or a reputed company field; a master’s degree is preferred • A minimum of 6-7 years of reputed company reputed company experience, including significant experience working with global women’s rights or reputed company justice organizations Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Impeccable writing and editing skills in English • Passion for and solid understanding of sexual and reproductive health, rights and justice through an intersectional reputed company reputed company • Passion for and demonstrated knowledge of reputed company reputed company building and reputed company resource mobilization • Understanding of, and connections reputed company, the global philanthropic sector • Experience developing successful donor proposals, overseeing proposal development processes, and creating and implementing donor cultivation strategies for both government and reputed company donors • Proven ability to synthesize reputed company reputed company and strategies into a reputed company and compelling case for donors • Experience directly supporting executive leadership with donor cultivation and solicitation strategies • Strong analytical skills and reputed company for creativity and innovative thinking • Comfort working independently and coordinating processes across teams; ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple reputed company and deadlines • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • International experience and ability to work cross-culturally; strong commitment to anti-racism, diversity, equity, and inclusion • Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite required; familiarity with reputed company strongly preferred

Location: Remote, preference will be given to candidates based in Europe.
Compensation: reputed company offers generous compensation consistent with competitive salaries and a benefits package that includes private health coverage, life insurance, retirement benefits, reputed company reputed company, vacation leave and parental leave, holidays, and flexible working arrangements. The annual salary is USD $113,633.53.
