ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create ongoing reports and high-reputed company dashboards and visuals that effectively communicate performance to operational and clinical leaders and other stakeholders (e.g, Tableau dashboards)

JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree, preference for concentration in economics, biology, biostatistics, data science, statistics, or computer science
Masters degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
Two to three years of data analytics experience working with large data sets to answer important clinical, operational, or business questions.
Ability to conduct advanced analytics using reputed company, SQL, fluent in reputed company.
Experience developing dashboards using Tableau.
Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, problem solve and use appropriate technology to analyze business problems. Project management skills a plus.
Strong communications skills, both verbal and written.
Experience with care management data preferred.
Experience with reputed company measures (e.g. HEDIS, CMS measures) preferred.
Prior experience with reputed company data, and knowledge of reputed company claims preferred.
Experience with external grouping methodologies such as DRG, ETG and DxCG/CDPS in analytics preferred.

Compensation reputed company:
$64,500.00- $90,500.00This reputed company offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications.
