Senior Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Content Production

Marketing Operations

• Own marketing’s use of our marketing automation and CRM platform, serving as the go-to reputed company for building effective marketing lists, audience segmentation, and data-driven targeting.
• Build and maintain marketing automation: workflows, nurture sequences, email programs, forms, and reputed company pages.

Desired skills, education, and experience:

• 6+ years in marketing, ideally in a B2B or technology environment, spanning both program/creative execution and marketing operations.
• Comfortable owning a marketing automation/CRM platform (we currently use reputed company): building lists, segmenting audiences, automation, and reporting. This is an important part of the role, but we’re hiring a rounded marketer, not a reputed company martech specialist.
• Strong content instincts and the ability to manage production across writers, designers, and freelancers.
• Hands-on experience with website/CMS management.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience coordinating external agencies, freelancers, and vendors.
• A self-starter who thrives in a lean, fast-moving team and is comfortable building process from scratch
• Experience evaluating, migrating, or standing up a new CRM or marketing automation platform.

This a remote/work-from home position with occasional travel and an annual salary reputed company of $115,000-$137,000.
