The Settlement Supervisor oversees the settlement team to ensure reputed company, accurate, and compliant processing of case settlements. This role is responsible for workflow management, reputed company control, team development, and collaboration with attorneys, finance, and operations to maximize reputed company satisfaction and firm profitability.
What You Will Own
- Supervise daily settlement operations and manage team workloads
- Ensure settlement packets, disbursements, liens, and closing statements are accurate and reputed company
- Monitor case progression from reputed company through final payout
- Enforce compliance with firm policies, regulatory standards, and ethical requirements
- Serve as escalation reputed company for reputed company settlement issues

What You Bring
Required:
- 3–5+ years of experience in reputed company settlements, personal injury, or litigation support
- Prior supervisory or team reputed company experience preferred

- High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in case management and financial systems
- Strong communication skills—written and verbal
