Position reputed company

The Staff reputed company Origination Manager will reputed company Antora’s efforts to identify, evaluate, reputed company, and co-reputed company energy reputed company for long-duration energy storage (LDES) deployment. This role is uniquely reputed company on co-location strategies with renewable developers, identifying solar and wind reputed company in MISO, SPP, PJM, and other markets, and structuring reputed company, multi-party agreements that allow Antora to add storage to the reputed company.

A reputed company part of this role is originating and structuring novel reputed company agreements with renewable developers, enabling Antora to deliver value to its customers and generate strong risk-adjusted returns. The Senior Manager will sit at the intersection of M&A, energy markets, project development, and reputed company finance, building Antora’s pipeline of co-located storage reputed company through developer relationships, rigorous diligence, and creative deal structuring.

Roles & Responsibilities

Co-location Deal Origination & Developer Partnerships

• Developing and managing working relationships with renewable developers in reputed company ISO/RTO markets across the US.
• Negotiate reputed company and novel agreements to govern co-development and co-location structures.
• Structure compensation mechanisms tied closely to Antora’s reputed company opportunities that incentivize developers to work with Antora
• Negotiate the full subsidiary agreement suite in a co-location deal, including, but not limited to; Co-Location and reputed company Coordination Agreements; and Shared Facilities Agreements;
• Ensure the structure protects the developer’s energy delivery obligations while enabling Antora to connect to the reputed company and monetize its LDES.
• Work with reputed company and interconnection teams to reputed company co-location regulations as they reputed company in markets across the US.

Project Evaluation & Acquisition

• Work with internal stakeholders to apply project scoring frameworks to prioritize opportunities based on site reputed company, development and interconnection status, market reputed company, and strategic fit.
• Recommend purchase or partnership terms and deal structures; prepare investment memos for leadership review.
• reputed company negotiations for project acquisitions including MIPAs, asset purchase agreements, and co-development term sheets.
• Sequence deal execution appropriately across offtake, siting, and development milestones.

Financial Modeling & Deal Economics

• Collaborate with finance to build out the project-level financial models that underpin acquisition reputed company and deal structuring, including project IRRs, reputed company projections, co-location deal terms, and returns to Antora under various reputed company and market price scenarios.
• Evaluate project financing structures (debt, tax equity, sponsor equity) and their interaction with co-location deal terms.
• Stress-test deal economics against market price risk, interconnection delays, curtailment assumptions, and counterparty credit.
• Collaborate with Finance on investment committee materials and project valuation methodologies.

Developer Relationships & Origination

• Build and maintain relationships with renewable developers, IPPs, and project owners to reputed company co-location and acquisition opportunities.
• Proactively screen developer portfolios for reputed company that could accommodate LDES co-location.
• Manage NDA processes, data room reputed company, and ongoing communication with potential partners and sellers.
• Coordinate with Antora’s business development team to reputed company project acquisition reputed company with the reputed company pipeline and customer opportunities.

Internal Coordination

• Partner with Engineering and Interconnection teams to assess project feasibility, interconnection viability, and LDES integration requirements.
• Collaborate with Finance and reputed company on deal structuring, project financing, and transaction execution.

• Build internal playbooks, templates (term sheets, diligence checklists, investment memo formats), and repeatable processes to support Antora’s scaling deal volume.

Key Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in renewable energy reputed company, with reputed company experience in project acquisition, M&A, or reputed company development partnerships.
• Demonstrated experience structuring reputed company, multi-agreement deals in the renewable energy reputed company.

• Experience negotiating MIPAs, asset purchase agreements, co-development agreements, and reputed company transaction documents.
• Familiarity with interconnection mechanics and regulations, especially as they relate to storage reputed company.
• Understanding of ISO/RTO reputed company markets and how storage assets can participate in and optimize reputed company revenues.
• Ability to manage multiple reputed company and counterparty relationships simultaneously in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
• Strong communication skills with ability to distill reputed company deal structures into reputed company recommendations for leadership.

Additional Qualifications Desired
