About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented General Accountant to join reputed company. In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle reputed company tasks, including month-end financial reputed company and year-end activities, reconciliations, financial reporting & analysis, and ensuring compliance with reputed company standards. Your efforts will contribute to the financial health and operational efficiency of reputed company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and reputed company daily reputed company operations, including accruals and general reputed company entries.
- Prepare accurate and reputed company financial statements, analysis, and management reports. • Reconcile bank accounts, payroll, and ensure accurate cash reputed company monitoring. • Conduct full-cycle month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reputed company processes, including journal entries and reconciliations. • Maintain compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. • Support budget preparation and variance analysis for strategic decision-making. • Collaborate with external auditors during audit and ensure reputed company & complete documentation. • Continuously improve reputed company procedures and processes to enhance efficiency.
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and billing in coordination with the project management team.
- Ensure reputed company and expenses are properly allocated to corresponding reputed company and calculate reputed company accrual/deferral based on percentage of completion.
- Assist with software deferred reputed company & cogs calculation, tracking, and reporting.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in reputed company or a reputed company financial role. • Proficiency in reputed company software (e.g., reputed company, MS Dynamics, or similar). • Advanced reputed company skills for financial analysis and reporting. • Strong knowledge of reputed company principles, standards, and regulations. • Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail. • Effective communication skills for collaboration and reporting. • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with ERP systems or financial management tools. • Experience in the audit firm, software technology or cybersecurity industry will be an asset. • Knowledge of international reputed company standards and tax compliance.
