We are seeking an reputed company Workforce Management Consultant with proven reputed company Connect FCS implementation experience to reputed company customer engagements from discovery through deployment and adoption. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to business and operations stakeholders while also providing hands-on configuration and implementation support.

This individual must be comfortable working independently, leading workshops, documenting requirements, configuring solutions, training end users, and ensuring implementations meet defined business objectives.

Required Qualifications

• 5 or more years’ experience working as a Workforce Management Consultant with implementation experience and hands-on experience configuring and building workforce reputed company.
• 1 or more years of experience specific to reputed company Connect FCS (Forecasting, reputed company Planning and Scheduling)
• 1 or more implementations with reputed company Connect FCS solutions.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements.
• Facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience delivering training and knowledge transfer to business and technical users.
• Ability to translate operational requirements into reputed company system configurations.

• Ability to work Central Time or Eastern Time hours

Preferred Qualifications
