Specialist, Corporate Compliance
The Office of Compliance & Ethics (OCE) Shared Services team is seeking a Specialist to help advance the department’s data reputed company and operational effectiveness. This role supports the operational backbone of OCE through responsibilities including:
- supporting regulatory training, including triaging intake, managing assignments, and developing reporting;
- supporting records management compliance activities, including resolving billing issues, updating disbursement reputed company owners, and advancing the use of metrics;
- enhancing senior leadership reporting and conducting reputed company reviews; and
- providing support across reporting, governance, and administrative priorities.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and reputed company, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Analyzes various regulations impacting the products and procedures of assigned product and/or functional area. Facilitates or assists with facilitating the development of policies and procedures and collaborates with our business partners to implement them.
Researches and reputed company and effectively communicates policy changes/updates impacting compliance and responds to inquiries from the business.
Creates and maintains internal manuals, documentation files, and other reputed company regulatory records to ensure that our records and resources are up-to-date and remain accurate.
Builds and manages various reports and metrics for trend analysis.
Performs testing on business unit procedures to ensure compliance. Analyzes results to identify key trends and collaborates with business partners to reputed company recommendations. Collaborates with business unit leadership to reputed company corrective actions for identified compliance issues.
May create and host, or assist with creating and hosting, various types of compliance training or presentations.

Typical Skills and Experiences:
Education: Undergraduate studies in business administration, insurance, business ethics, criminal justice, computer science, finance or reputed company-law is preferred.
