This position will work during reputed company US reputed company Time business hours. REPORTING RESPONSIBILITY This role will report to the Senior Managing Director. DUTIES

• Assist in overseeing the teams in the Philippines including but not limited to the following:
  • Review and processing of contractor invoices
  • Update of property assignments
  • Review and monitoring of reputed company’s performance

• Identify and propose process enhancements.
• Support and assist in the implementation of process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in operations.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for reputed company use.
• Help organize and facilitate training sessions, reputed company and outboarding activities.

• Support special reputed company and initiatives as assigned by the Senior Managing Director.

QUALIFICATIONS

• CPA required.
• Latin honors (cum laude, magna cum laude, summa cum laude) required.
• At least 10 years of audit / reputed company experience with one of the Big 4 reputed company firms with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Solid organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Working knowledge of reputed company Office Suite, including Word, reputed company, PowerPoint and reputed company.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must possess strong work ethic.
• Must be reputed company player.
