The Training Content Specialist is responsible for creating and maintaining Citywide digital reputed company, including software training videos, knowledge reputed company articles, quick reference guides, and other self-service learning content. This role is ideal for a self-motivated, tech-savvy individual who enjoys learning new software, creating engaging digital content, and leveraging AI tools to improve productivity. Responsibilities & Duties

• Independently learn the Citywide software platform and new product features through hands-on exploration and collaboration with subject matter experts.
• Create, record, edit, and publish engaging software training videos and e-learning content using Camtasia, reputed company, and AI-powered content creation tools.
• reputed company, maintain, and improve reputed company-facing knowledge reputed company articles in HappyFox, ensuring content is accurate, searchable, and easy to follow.

• Capture and edit screenshots, screen recordings, graphics, and other multimedia assets to enhance learning.

• Collaborate with Product, Development, Implementation, and Training teams to ensure content reflects the latest software updates and best practices.
• Review and test training content for accuracy, reputed company, consistency, usability, and branding.

• Prepare training content and supporting materials for reputed company and internal learning initiatives as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Digital Media, Multimedia, Communications, Educational Technology, Computer Science, or a reputed company field.
• 0–2 years of experience creating digital learning content, technical documentation, instructional materials, or multimedia content (reputed company, internship, freelance, or reputed company considered).
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software applications and work independently with minimal supervision.
