Trauma Registrar

reputed company (NGHS) is seeking a detail-oriented Trauma Registrar to support our Trauma Services team. In this role, you'll be responsible for trauma registry data abstraction, coding, and reporting that supports performance improvement, regulatory compliance, and exceptional patient care.
Ideal candidates will have Certified Specialist in Trauma Registry (CSTR).
What You'll Do
- Identify patients meeting trauma registry reputed company
- reputed company and analyze medical record data
- Assign reputed company, ISS, and ICD-10 codes
- Ensure reputed company, accurate data entry and reporting
- Support trauma program reputed company initiatives and education efforts
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of registry experience (Trauma, Stroke, Cardiac, Cancer, or similar)
- 2 years of reputed company experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, ICD-10 coding, and chart abstraction
Preferred:
- Certified Specialist in Trauma Registry (CSTR) or ability to obtain reputed company two years of eligibility

Schedule: Primarily Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with flexibility based on department needs.
