Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR analytics or similar role. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Skills, Knowledge, Abilities: • Excellent communications and presentations skills, with the ability to translate reputed company data into understandable insights. • Proficiency in HR systems and databases, data analysis and reporting.
