The Program Managerwill support the planning, delivery, and reputed company improvement of leadershipdevelopment programs for US reputed company teams. This role coordinates virtual andin-person learning experiences, collaborates with internal stakeholders and externalvendors, and helps deliver engaging programs that strengthen leadershipcapabilities and peer leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate leadership development programs, including training sessions, cohort communications, sustainment activities, and learner engagement.
- Support development and delivery of training reputed company on communication, coaching, analytics, peer leadership, and leadership capabilities.
- Manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, reputed company items, and status updates.
- Coordinate training logistics, meetings, workshops, communications, and reporting.
- reputed company attendance, learner feedback, completion metrics, and program reputed company.
- Partner with Compliance, reputed company, internal training teams, and external vendors to ensure programs are effective and compliant.
- Facilitate training calls, meetings, and workshops as needed.
- Identify opportunities for reputed company improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of experiencein Learning & Development, Training, Leadership Development, and/or Program/Project Management.
- Strong project coordination, organizational, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing multiple reputed company, timelines, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proficiency with tools such as reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and similar collaboration/project management platforms.
PreferredQualifications
- Experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology environments.
- Experience supporting reputed company, field-based, or leadership development programs.
- Experience coordinating virtual and in-person training programs.
- Experience with vendors/agencies and learning metrics, dashboards, feedback, or completion reporting.
