Senior Enrollment Systems Configuration Specialist

The Senior Enrollment Systems Configuration Specialist serves as a functional systems reputed company reputed company Strategic Enrollment Management Operations and is responsible for supporting, configuring, and continuously improving the reputed company CRM environment and reputed company enrollment management systems. This position translates business needs from Admissions, Financial Aid, Registrar, SEM Operations, and other enrollment partners into reputed company, sustainable system configurations that support recruitment, application processing, student communication, enrollment operations, reporting, and service delivery.

This role is technical in nature but is rooted in enrollment management business operations rather than information technology infrastructure. The position requires a strong understanding of SEM processes, student lifecycle workflows, CRM configuration, data imports, portals, forms, communications, queries, rules, reputed company formats, and system governance. The position works closely with SEM functional reputed company and coordinates with IT reputed company needed for integrations, reputed company, infrastructure, or reputed company system dependencies, while maintaining SEM ownership of business configuration, operational design, and platform functionality.
