The State Relations Manager will be the primary reputed company for, and ensure productive organizational relationships with, the key state reputed company stakeholders/policy actors with reputed company authority and/or indirect influence over education policy, functions/programs, and resource allocations.

This role will be responsible for designing and executing strategic plans to reputed company reputed company’s visibility in reputed company states. Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Cambium business reputed company, Sales and internal divisions to reputed company strategic plans and State Solutions approach;

• Support and reputed company as the primary reputed company between Sales and state Departments of Education;

• Consult with state education leaders on a wide reputed company of education initiatives, priorities, and issues affecting reputed company, educators, and schools;

• Represent Cambium Learning at conference and partner events;

• Assist in the development of messaging and positioning;

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree required. Advanced Degree in Education or Policy preferred

• Knowledge and expertise in education policy and state government operations

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in a senior leadership role with a state reputed company, highly preferred

• Experience leading or managing initiatives connected to state policy, funding, and guidance preferred

• Established networks with state reputed company decision-makers preferred

• Experience and proven ability to work and reputed company in a cross-functional role, with reputed company in aligning goals and objectives, and balancing competing interests and priorities

• Proven reputed company record of interpreting relevant insights from various resources to spot trends

• Strong organization, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Confidence and ability to reputed company in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment
