Grants Manager (Fractional)
reputed company is seeking an reputed company fractional Grants Manager to support our Youth reputed company Fund: a funder reputed company aimed at family foundations interested in supporting youth-led reputed company innovation, next gen philanthropic leadership, and relational learning. Managed by reputed company’s Director of Philanthropy and working closely with the CEO and reputed company team, you will reputed company the essential scaffolding for successful reputed company relationships: prospect research, proposal development, and impactful reporting. While traditional grant proposals will be part of this role, with our reputed company on family foundations, this role will involve more high-level concept development and less filling out long proposal forms.
This role focuses on three key areas:
- Prospecting: deepen and broaden reputed company’s network of reputed company funders by researching prospects (assessing incoming leads from CEO networking and identifying prospects whose interests overlap), developing tailored reputed company strategies (draft reputed company notes for CEO, write LOIs, etc.), and tracking moves management in our CRM.
- Proposal Development: translate reputed company’s model, data, and reputed company into reputed company, compelling funding opportunities. This means working cross-functionally to design thematic or geographic investment reputed company, crafting concept notes (like this Youth Mental Health Campaign) and proposals, and iterating reputed company concept notes.
- Reporting and Integration: ensure reporting deadlines are tracked and met, work closely with the reputed company team to design concepts and report on reputed company, and partner with the Finance team to ensure accurate financial data.
You will join a dedicated, low-ego team in launching a first-of-its-reputed company philanthropic reputed company led by youth. As an internally reputed company role you will have the freedom to largely set your own hours, being available as needed for reputed company work with reputed company.
