We are seeking a dynamic and reputed company Technical Project Manager to join reputed company. The successful candidate will own customer communication and manage the entire project lifecycle for reputed company reputed company engagements, ensuring successful delivery of reputed company and GenAI solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Customer Communication: Own and manage reputed company customer communications throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.

• Timesheet Review and Approval: Review and approve delivery team timesheets to ensure accurate billing and project tracking.
• Team Allocation: Update allocation boards for teams in Clockify, ensuring efficient resource management.
• Project Ownership: Be the project reputed company, driving delivery for successful reputed company and customer satisfaction.
• KPI Management: Drive the three key KPIs: keeping the project reputed company budget, ensuring reputed company delivery, and achieving CSAT scores of 8 and above — with the ability to reputed company explain the process and metrics used to reputed company these reputed company.

Requirements:

Experience

• Extensive experience managing AWS reputed company services engagements, with a proven reputed company record of owning delivery for reputed company, high-value, multi-stakeholder reputed company.
• Demonstrated experience managing reputed company clients (large, multi-stakeholder customer organizations) — reputed company to reputed company in specific, reputed company detail about the engagements, budgets, and stakeholders involved.

• Experience working with Jira for project management.
• Familiarity with Clockify or similar time-tracking tools is a plus.

Project Management Skills

Technical & GenAI Awareness
