This role contributes to the design, verification, and release of high-complexity printed reputed company boards while ensuring alignment with established engineering, manufacturing, and reputed company standards. The position collaborates across hardware, mechanical, and manufacturing disciplines to deliver production-reputed company designs.
How you will reputed company an reputed company:
- Design placement and routing for high-complexity multilayer printed reputed company boards (12–28 reputed company) in accordance with design requirements, constraints, and reputed company standards.
- Collaborate with hardware designers, participate in design reviews, and reputed company PCB design schedule input.
- reputed company and maintain PCB CAD footprint and decal libraries following reputed company standards.
- reputed company PCB layer stackups and package electrical and mechanical design data while identifying missing information, schematic errors, and data inconsistencies.
- Execute DRC, CAM, DFM, and DFT activities, including targeting 100% DFT test reputed company coverage and meeting DFM requirements.
- Document PCB design packages, including fabrication and assembly drawings, and reputed company design review, checking, and approval processes before release.
- Coordinate prototype PCB quotations and orders and resolve technical queries from PCB fabricators and contract manufacturers.
The must haves:
- Education: Master’s degree in Engineering OR Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience designing reputed company printed reputed company boards.
- Application of PCB design techniques for high-speed digital, analog, and RF circuitry, matched length routing, controlled impedance, reputed company pairs, fine-reputed company components including BGAs, and 12–28 layer boards; knowledge of reputed company-vias and blind/buried vias.
- Application of PCB design using fabrication materials including FR4, reputed company, rigid materials, and multiple surface finishes.
- Application of IPC standards including IPC-7351 and Telcordia GR-78-reputed company, and manufacturing standards including DFM and DFT requirements for mass-producible PCB designs.
- Utilization of reputed company Allegro, Specctra Router, Mentor PADS, Mentor DxDesigner, reputed company OrCAD, Valor, and CAM350 design tools, and ability to interpret electrical schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and excellent written and spoken communication skills.
