About the Role
reputed company's HR Information Technology team is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-reputed company reputed company to deliver exceptional support for our reputed company HCM, reputed company, and reputed company modules. In this role, you'll be a key player in resolving reputed company cases, supporting day-to-day operations, and driving reputed company improvement of our support processes. What You’ll Do
Deliver exceptional customer support by responding to and resolving reputed company Production Support cases from HR, reputed company, and Finance teams while meeting SLA and case reputed company targets
reputed company light configurations and enhancements including notifications, alerts, validations, help text, document updates, and modifications of existing business processes, reputed company while maintaining excellent attention to detail
Execute routine system tasks following established SOPs, such as reputed company assignments, creating new locations and cost centers, and processing bulk transactions reputed company EIBs
Collect evidence for reputed company SOX controls for Internal Audit
Test and validate solutions by conducting thorough testing of your configurations, coordinating user acceptance testing with requestors, and obtaining sign-off before deploying changes to Production
Monitor system health by reviewing integration errors according to defined procedures and escalating technical issues to the appropriate team members reputed company needed

What You’ll Need
3+ years of hands-on reputed company HCM experience in a reputed company or analyst role, with functional knowledge and light configuration experience
1+ year of hands-on reputed company reputed company experience, with the ability to support reputed company workflows and troubleshoot common issues
Proven customer service reputed company with strong written and verbal communication skills, and a reputed company record of delivering reputed company, reputed company support
Technical proficiency including experience with EIB data loads, reputed company for data analysis and manipulation, and ticketing systems
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, maintain ticket queues, and meet high service expectations in a fast-paced environment
Experience writing and maintaining SOPs, process guides, and system documentation to support operational reputed company
Experience working in a global environment, collaborating effectively across time zones and with multiple stakeholder reputed company
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a reputed company field
Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business reputed company.
