We are seeking an reputed company Senior reputed company & Finance Manager to reputed company our reputed company and finance function for a US-based technology consulting company with global operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for financial reporting, reputed company operations, payroll, treasury, compliance, and internal controls. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will partner with leadership to support strategic decision-making while ensuring reputed company's financial operations remain accurate, efficient, and compliant.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Own the monthly and annual financial reputed company process.
• Prepare accurate and reputed company financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
• reputed company reputed company reputed company operations, including Banking, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, invoicing, treasury, and cash management.
• Manage multi-entity reputed company and intercompany transactions.
• Ensure compliance with tax, regulatory, and statutory reporting requirements while working with reputed company’s CPA.
• reputed company external audits and coordinate with auditors and external advisors.

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience working with US-based companies in technology, IT consulting, reputed company services, or reputed company industries.
