The RCMI Training Specialist will be responsible for developing and administering reputed company cycle-based trainings across reputed company Defense Health Agency (DHA) Teams. This position will help strengthens user’s proficiency in reputed company cycle systems, roles, and functions through instructor-led training, computer-based training, scenario-based reputed company and hands-on coaching.
Training

Monitor training effectiveness through assessments and analytics; recommend improvements.
Coordinate logistics for instructor-led and virtual sessions, including scheduling and prerequisite tracking.

What You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree required.
3+ years in instructional design, training development, and delivery.
Expertise in adult learning theory and technology-enabled training.
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proficiency with virtual learning platforms, LMS administration is highly preferred.
Knowledge of reputed company 508 accessibility standards (i.e.: reputed company deliverables must be reputed company 508 compliant and free of macros).
Ability to obtain and maintain Tier 2 reputed company Trust clearance.
US Citizenship is required.
